Who is responsible
The controller for any personal data described here is To confirmregistered entity name, legal form and company number, at To confirmregistered address.
For anything in this notice, including any of the requests listed under Your rights, write to info@crealean.net.
What this site collects
Less than you would expect. There are no accounts, no shop, no trackers, and no advertising on this site.
- The contact form collects nothing. It does not send anything to us. It opens a draft in your own email programme with the details you typed, and nothing leaves your device until you press send there. At that point we receive an ordinary email — your address, your name, and whatever you wrote.
- Server logs. Our host records the usual technical details of each request — IP address, time, page requested, browser and referrer — to serve the site and defend it against abuse.
- Your storage choice. If you answer the storage notice, your answer is saved in your browser so you are not asked again. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- Analytics, only if you allow it. Off unless you switch it on. See the cookie policy.
Why we may use it
Under the GDPR we have to name a legal basis for each use, so:
- Answering you — legitimate interest in replying to someone who chose to contact us about our product.
- Running and securing the site — legitimate interest in keeping it available and resistant to attack.
- Analytics — consent, which you give or refuse in the storage notice, and can withdraw at any time.
How long it is kept
- Emails you send us — kept for To confirmretention period for enquiry correspondence, then deleted.
- Server logs — kept for To confirmlog retention period set by the host.
- Your storage choice — until you clear your browser storage, or change it from the footer.
Who else is involved
The site is hosted and delivered by To confirmhosting provider and its role as processor, which processes the server logs described above on our instructions.
Our fonts are served from this site rather than fetched from a third party, so loading a page does not announce your visit to anyone else. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Where it goes
Where data is processed outside the EEA, that transfer relies on To confirmtransfer mechanism — adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Ask us and we will tell you which applies to a given provider.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit what we do with it, or to hand it over in a portable form. You can object to processing we base on legitimate interest, and you can withdraw consent for analytics whenever you like without affecting anything done before.
Exercising any of these costs nothing and takes one email to info@crealean.net. If we get it wrong, you can complain to your national data protection authority — ours is To confirmlead supervisory authority.
Changes to this notice
